Export a single week instead of the whole year

Export used to give you everything, which is fine the first time and useless every time after. From this build you pick a range before the file is made, and the file contains only what falls inside it.

What changed about export

• Pick any start and end date; the file is named for the range you chose.

• Receipt photos are not in the file. The CSV carries a link to each one instead.

• A shared budget exports every person's entries, with the name of whoever added each one.

• Nothing about the old whole-history export is gone; it is the range with both ends left open.

We do not open the file for you or send it anywhere. It lands in your downloads.
